Camcard Administrator Guide

1. Installed Packages

* You need to have an administrator account. * Supported Versions: Professional (need API access), Performance, Enterprise, Unlimited and Developer Edition * We don’t support Salesforce Classic Step 1:Click Camcard for Salesforce to find “Camcard for Salesforce” application in appexchange. Step 2: Click Get It Now, you’ll be prompted to log in. Enter the username and password of your Trailhead Playground and click Log In. Step 3: You can select install in Production or install in Sandbox, then click Comfirm and Install Step 4:Select Install for Admins Only, then click Install. Step 5:If you see a pop-up asking you to approve third-party access, select Yes, grant access to these third-party websites and click Continue.

2. Initialization data

step 1: To open the App Launcher, on the left side of the navigation bar, click Step 2: Enter Camcard in the Search apps and items… box and select Camcard. Step 3: You can find Clone Setting Data at the top right of your screen,Click Clone Setting Data to initialize the settings. Step 4: From Setup, enter Custom Metadata Types in the Quick Find box,then select Custom Metadata Types. Step 5: Click Manage Records next to the OCR Settings, then click Edit. Step 6: Please be sure to enter the primary contact information,It is important to notify you regarding information.you can set First Language … Initialize OCR input language for users.

3. Add administrator

Step 1: From Setup, enter Users in the Quick Find box, then select Users. Step 2: Select a user. Step 3: In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments. Step 4: To assign a permission set, select it under OCR Permission Sets and click Add, and then click Save.

4. Manage user licenses by using Installed Packages related list

Use this section to manage user licenses. Step 1: From Setup, enter Installed Packages in the Quick Find box, then select Installed Packages. Step 2: In the Installed Packages related list, click Manage License for Camcard®. Step 3: In the Licensed Users related list, click Add Users. Step 4: In the Available Users related list, select Action for the user you want to add and click Add. To remove a license for a single user Step 1: From Setup, enter Installed Packages in the Quick Find box, then select Installed Packages. Step 2: In the Installed Packages related list, click Manage License for Camcard®. Step 3: In the Licensed Users related list, from the Action column, click Remove next to the user whose license you want to remove.

5. Default value settings for compaign and lead/contact

COMPAIGN: Step 1: To open the App Launcher, click Campaigns Step 2: Select a campaign for which you want to set as the default and check the is default box,then save it. LEAD/CONTACT: Step 1: From Setup, enter Object Manager and select contact or lead Step 2: Choose the Fields & Relationships and click Lead Source. Step 3: Find the Account/Lead Source Picklist Values ,select a Values for which you want to set as the default. Step 4: Find the check box after the default, check it, check and save it

6. Custom fields

step 1: To open the App Launcher, on the left side of the navigation bar, click Step 2: Enter Camcard in the Search apps and items… box and select Camcard. Step 3: select View Bags, In the View Bags list, Click New. Step 4: Choose the type of field and click Save.Consider the following. * Field types correspond to API data types.* If your organization uses Shield Platform Encryption, ensure you understand how to encrypt custom fields using the Shield Platform Encryption offering.
